Quick Start Tour

From the SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop (SLED) 10 desktop, students can select Quick Start Tour to access online training to supplement the exercises.

 

SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop 11 - Evaluation Software

While the exercises in the Course 6200 student workbook are based on the original version of SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop (SLED) 10, there is a SLED 11 version available that offers additional features and advantages for practical use at home or in the office.

You can download a free evaluation of SLED 11 by going to our SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop 10 Evaluation Download web site, and following the instructions for downloading the evaluation software.

Because of the size of the SLED 11 installation DVD we recommend you have a fast Internet Connection and the appropriate web browser.

The software is a free 60-day evaluation of SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop 11, is licensed for limited evaluation purposes, and does not include access to software updates beyond the evaluation period or any technical support.
